WHY PILATES?

Pilates is a transformative body-mind exercise method, with individualized exercises, modifications, and challenges depending on each client's unique body. It is a low-impact, highly adaptable exercise program, making it ideal for all bodies and all fitness levels, including injury and neuromuscular rehab, athletic conditioning, and pain management. We can customize a program that fits your individual needs and goals, offers you the level of intensity you desire, and continually keeps your movement practice interesting.

I aim to offer a space for ALL BODIES to feel empowered through increased self awareness, connection to your body, and confidence. My pilates space is non-judgemental and body inclusive because EVERYONE deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and supported when working out.

For duets or small groups, participants can either email me about a pre-existing group of you and your family or friends or be added to the mailing list for open group classes. For Zoom classes, you and your group do not have to be in the same location.
